Our mission

Staffing levels in healthcare directly impact patient safety. Whether it's a hospital ward, a care home, a hospice, or a nursing home, having the right people on shift matters.

Yet many healthcare organisations still rely on spreadsheets, paper forms, and manual processes to track whether they're safely staffed. Safer Staffing was built to change that. A simple, purpose-built tool that gives managers and leaders real-time visibility into staffing levels, utilisation, and compliance, without the complexity or cost of enterprise systems.

Why we built this

Our CEO built Safer Staffing from his own experience working in organisations that didn't have a concrete way of staffing shifts. Too much time was spent wrestling with spreadsheets, chasing data, and second-guessing whether there were enough people on the floor. He set out to build something better. A focused tool that does one job well: helping you know whether you're safely staffed right now, and giving you the data to predict what you'll need tomorrow.
