What's the difference between SQLite and SQL Server?

Both include the full application with identical features. SQLite stores data in a local file on a single PC — each licence has its own independent database that does not sync or connect to any other. If you need multiple PCs to share one database, choose SQL Server, which connects to a central database server for multi-user access.

How do volume discounts work?

First licence is £9,799. Licences 2–5 are 50% off (£4,899 each). 6+ are 75% off (£2,449 each). Example: 10 licences = £41,640.

When should I consider a site licence?

If you need more than 10–15 machines, or want unlimited licences without tracking seats. Contact us to compare.

Can I switch from subscription to one-off?

Yes, at any time. Contact us and we'll arrange the transition.

Do I need a server?

Not with SQLite — it runs entirely on a single Windows PC with its own local database. The database file must stay on that PC's local drive (not a network or shared drive). SQL Server edition needs access to a SQL Server instance, but the app itself still runs on a PC.

What's included in every licence?

The full application, all features, and support. No hidden extras or feature gates.

What support do I get?

Email support within one working day. Enterprise customers get a dedicated account manager and priority SLA.
